Job Description :
AIS/RCM/IFM skills:
For support role
o Troubleshooting experience with AIS/RCM server logs – Must
E.g. the person should know where to look if maintenance fails, or policy deploy process fails; what logs to look for performance issues etc.
o Hands on experience of IDB and RCM database - Must
o Hands on experience on IFM 4.x solution – a big plus
Generic Skills:
Databases: MS Sql Server; DB performance troubleshooting is a big plus
Operating systems: Windows and Unix
application server: Tomcat
Programming language: Java OR C++ (hands on experience)
Windows/Unix Scripting experience
Web Technologies: HTML, XML, XSL
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Pro-active and Team Oriented approach
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of financial industry is a plus
