Job Description :

Demonstrated experience consulting at senior executive level within the Federal Government, Fortune 500 company or Professor at accredited college/university.
Experience working in Strategy, Organization Development and Change Management. Demonstrated experience should show broad multi-client/industry experience in one more of the following: Business Strategy, Supply Chain Strategy, IT Architecture Strategy, Sourcing Strategy or Innovation Strategy.
Demonstrated writing skills to effectively communicate information to a variety of audiences. Ten (10) Years demonstrated experience utilizing change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into a concrete organizational change process. Demonstrated ability to then implement that process, including creating tools.

Master’s Degree (PhD Degree preferable) in Strategy, Change Management or other related field
