Account Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Description
As an Account Manager, candidate will manage relationships with clients. This means candidate need to be a proactive self-starter, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and business-focused to help expand the client relationship. Additionally, candidate is an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within client.

Businesses that partner with client come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one client advertising solution works for all. Candidate''s knowledge of AdWords and digital media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide client service, research and market analysis. Candidate anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of client''s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Provide campaign updates and recommendations and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their business growth.
- Report on business figures internally with the leader of your assigned vertical

Overall Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Create new Search, Shopping and Video campaigns for and with our clients.
- Provide campaign updates and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their business growth.
- Make recommendations and execute bid, creative or strategic adjustments mid-campaign
- Manage ongoing customer training in all AdWords-related tools.
- Use your knowledge of analytics and to develop solutions for client business and marketing challenges, while also uncovering opportunities.
- Report on business figures internally with the leader of your assigned vertical.

Required Skills:
- Education: BA/BS degree, no specific degree required or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Previous work experience using AdWords
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Very strong knowledge of key client-related advertising products in relation to AdWords (i.e. Search, Display, Video, Mobile

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:
- List of extra skills that would be nice to have but are not required to be successful in the position
- Deep interest in and understanding of online advertising, digital media consumption patterns, and branding measurement.
- Retail / E-Commerce experience
- Strong knowledge of the search industry and competitive landscape.
- Digital Video knowledge and experience
- Proven track record in advertising sales and media account management.
