Job Description :
The company is an Indian heritage IT services company – about $ 1 billion in revenues.
The role will lead Client Engagement and delivery for a portfolio of AD/AM, PeopleSoft, and digital programs with a large services client.
The engagement is over 200 members located in Dallas and in India. The position will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and development programs and be responsible for governance, profitability, and CSAT.
Essential
a) Having led delivery across a large client with global delivery.
b) A demonstrated track record of driving client engagement, CSAT, Governance and mining across maintenance and development programs across software technologies leading an engagement of $ 15+ million and over 200 resources globally.
c) Strong technical credentials (vs. pure operations) especially in ADM & digital technologies. Experience leading PeopleSoft engagements will be a plus.
KRA’s will be CSAT, governance and account mining. This individual will be responsible for engaging with client leadership for all delivery issues and governance.
