We’re looking for an Account Coordinator with 2+ years of corporate sales experience for a great opportunity in Johns Creek, GA.

As Account Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Customer Service department. You love to be hands-on, are naturally both creative and strategic, and thrive in client facing roles.

We’re looking for someone who can support daily account activities including the coordination of projects from estimation to completion. You will partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

As Account Coordinator you will:

Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests

Work with various departments to arrange shipping and delivery of materials

Provide a positive customer service experience by listening to customers and determining their needs in order to direct them to the appropriate product or service

Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures

Manage expectations of the customer when disruptions occur during the service and delivery process by responding quickly and effectively solving the problem

Respond to incoming calls, emails and other correspondence by providing high level customer focused solutions

Job Requirements for Account Coordinator:

2+ years of Corporate Sales or National Account experience

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize

Solid problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow
