Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Performing high-level assessments submitted for Accessibility testing
Preparing test plans that comply with Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS)
Drive selection and decision-making process of
o Browser matrix
o Device matrix
o Environment
o Test tools
o Test cases for manual and automation
o Automation framework based on the tool
Identify, prioritize, and log bugs
Communicate status of bug activity
Work with developers, client manager, localization team, site managers, editors and designers on a day to day
basis.
Must be able to perform work effectively in an agile environment and handle multiple test tasks
and demands simultaneously.
Ensure ETAs are met on/before time
Participate in scrum and team meetings and should be able to work independently in a time critical environment and
as part of a team on special and ongoing projects.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical,
presentation and reporting skills.
Must be flexible to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible for Microsoft managed service role
Knowledge of IT process improvement and various IT QA standards.
Good communication skills, attention to detail and a team player
Experience in working in a SCRUM team and facilitating the scrum process.
Accessibility testing and regression
Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Coded UI, VB Script
Experience working in VSTS
Preferred Qualifications:
508 Certified Accessibility Tester
Understanding of accessibility testing tools such as Keros.
Understanding of Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS)
Proficiency with Assistive Technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, Narrator.
Has working knowledge of the WCAG and requirements to get a web page to an
