Create complex technical solutions and design utilizing Ab Initio and other technologies
Leads off shore resources in day to day development
Enforces ETL development standards and best practices
Removes blockers for the off-shore development team
Maintain staggered work hours that allow for interaction with both off-shore and on-shore resources
Constantly coordinates with Technical Program Manager on requirements and participate in solution design for requirements
Lead technical discussions impacting solutions and data integration technology
Full life cycle experience in data integration/data warehousing
Expert understanding of the ETL/ELT and architectural principles of data integration and data warehousing as applied to business intelligence
Ability to work within an Agile project structure
