Position : Abinitio Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages (Informatica, Ab Initio, Talend)
Ability to analyze business requirements, define development scope, and develop technical specification documents
Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate/Architectural Standards into application design specifications
Qualifications:
5+ years of Application Development work experience
3+ experience working in a Data Warehouse environment (or equivalent)
3+ years of experience working with ETL Tools (Ab Initio, Informatica or Talend)
3+ years of experience in analyzing complex processes and systems
3+ years of experience in writing and interpreting SQL
3+ years of experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test plans
Ability to work well in a team oriented, agile environment
Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop/HIVE/Hbase/Impala
Experience/understanding of business process re-engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) with an eagerness to learn new technologies
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
