Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :
-Understand existing System design and its components and make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
-Analyze business requirements, design, implement and integrate component.
-Develop design documentation artifacts.
-Lead a small team of onshore/offshore developers through the development process.
-Conduct peer code and design reviews.
-Hands-on development experience with Ab Initio and Its components.
- Strong technical experience in Understanding, Designing and Implementing Ab Initio jobs.
-Good knowledge of Ab Intio execution environment (shell scripting, debugging, metadata
-Preferred knowledge of Ab Initio CO >OP 3.2.x, EME 3.2.x, Express >It 3.2.x, Oracle 11G R2, SQL Developer, AutoSys, and Microsoft Office
-Good to have Oracle /SQL database programming experience.
-Experience in Reinsurance domain knowledge.
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills :
Need good communication and analytic skills .should be able to work/lead a small size team.
Should know change management procedure.
