Qualifications
5+ years of Application Development work experience
5+ experience working in a Data Warehouse environment (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience working with Ab Initio ETL Tool ( Informatica, or Talend experience is plus )
5+ years of experience in analyzing complex processes and systems
3+ years of experience in writing and interpreting SQL
3+ years of experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test plans
Ability to work well in a team oriented, agile environment
Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop/HIVE/Hbase/Impala
Experience/understanding of business process re-engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) with an eagerness to learn new technologies
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Additional Information: This team is currently training informatica devs on Ab Initio, and needs 3+ additional resources that can hit the ground running within Ab Initio day 1, and eventually convert FTE.
They will be decommission all their Informatica code next year .
