Job Description:
Will work with Conduct Risk Control and Reporting & Analytics to develop actionable reporting and analysis to identify and address conduct risks. This group will work with the Enterprise Conduct Management Office and the Business Control Leaders in WIM for all matters pertaining to Conduct Risk.
Applications will:
Build out sales practices risk control, ethics risk control, and complaints risk control teams that will work closely with the Conduct Management Office and other critical enterprise functions
IRM (CMO and WIM Compliance) and WIM Business Control teams for the development, implementation, execution, and governance of front line WIM Conduct Risk Control framework, processes, and procedures across all Conduct Risk disciplines and all WIM LOBs to meet regulatory, audit, and IRM requirements.
This group is the front line risk control teams aligned to major Conduct Risk disciplines (Ethics & ABC, Sales Practices, Reputation, Complaints), which are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining consistent WIM risk controls, processes and procedures; advising & challenges LOB-specific controls, coordinating implementation of IRM policies across LOBs, identifying the need for controls across major end-to-end business processes; and updating controls or other approaches based on IRM, audit, regulatory feedback.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of application development and implementation experience
5+ years of Ab Initio, Teradata and UNIX/LINUX experience
Team player in a virtual or remote team environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Desired:
Data Lake, Hadoop (Big-data environment) and/or NoSQL DB experience
Ability to understand complex data models
Experience with Autosys
Knowledge and understanding of Problem/incident management: gathering impacts and analyzing data
