Job Description :
Onshore lead for running operations on a cutting edge data platform on AWS
Full accountability for the management of timelines, task allocation, client expectation management
Responsible for defining and executing on processes to run the data platform – handoffs with devops, communication protocols, tracking and SLA management
Guide team technically to trouble shoot, on root cause analysis and potential fixes.
Manage communication, knowledge sharing with offshore team on a daily basis
Expected to technically execute on fixing high priority issues

10+ years of experience in programs involving data management, data warehousing, data lakes etc.
Strong technical abilities in AWS (S3, lambda, kinesis), Python and SQL : problem solving, coding and debugging skills
Good communication skills and a track record of cross-group/cross-discipline collaboration?
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage client expectation and manage offshore platform support team
Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or people manager.
