Role : AWS Application & Migration Support Engineer –

The AWS Application & Migration Support Engineer will:

Perform standard Application discovery with manual and scripted processes
Catalog, classify and inventory application dependencies according to repeatable methodologies
Help develop processes to scale application discovery across many types of applications
Coordinate application knowledge with owner and support base
Own application migration runbooks and customer preparations
Migrate application collections to Public Cloud with various tools; Velostrata, AWS SMS, etc.
Troubleshooting of migrated workloads and migration processes
Requirements:
Experience in AWS Migration & Application Support
Familiarity with VMware & Windows Server & Desktop Systems
SQL experience - e.g. application connection strings
Effective verbal & written communication skills & business presence
