AWS Engineer

Need at least 10+ years of experience candidate along with migration and network security Experience
This is a migration project for 45%. Candidates must have strong Cloud skills. Having experience with Azure will be helpful since the environment is both AWS and Azure

Job Description
Requirement to move up to 45% of workloads to Cloud should start with a Cloud Architecture Design and Build Engagement.
2 resources will be assigned
Responsibilities:
Driving project and service delivery
Responsible for design, development, and implementation of Cloud solutions.
Serve as senior technical resource in development team’s efforts to determine the needs of the business that will simplify and automate the applications as well as make them more efficient.
Participate in the software development life cycle to ensure sound Cloud solutions are implemented.
Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of our customer''s Amazon Web Services (AWS) foundational footprint.
Work closely with our architects and engineers to recommend and design database or data storage solutions that effectively reflect our business needs, security, and service level requirements
Work with our current application teams to understand our current applications and make migration recommendations and to-be architectures in AWS
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary due to the dynamic nature of collaborations with customers, vendors, and other engineering team, solving complex business problems together
MUST HAVE the following Required Experience:
Minimum of five years’ experience in network and security engineering
Minimum of four years’ experience designing, developing and implementing network and security solutions
MUST understand and can communicate across an enterprise IT organization
Recognize, adopt, utilize and teach best practices in security engineering: secure development, network security, security operations and systems security.
