AWS Engineer

Key Technical Skill : Strong programming skills in languages like .Net, NodeJS, python, etc.
Desired Skills : CloudFormation, Terraform, , AWS Lambda, API gateway, Cognito, cloudfront
Experience Level : 10 12 + years of experience
10-12 years’ experience overall
Strong programming skills in languages like .Net, NodeJS, python, etc. and with infrastructure automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, etc
The role will involve hands-on coding, conducting code reviews, etc
Comfortable to own delivery of individual portions of work and get them executed as per client timelines.
Past demonstrable experience with architecting and developing on AWS cloud and specifically using cloud-native/serverless concepts and in implementing large scale infrastructure automation on AWS.
Good experience with use of DynamoDB for large scale solutions and also with profiling and maintenance.
Hands on experience with services such as AWS Lambda, API gateway, Cognito, cloudfront, etc
Experience with using identity management solutions on cloud such as Okta
Comfortable with micro-service based, serverless architecture patterns
Communication skills, will be the primary point of contact with client and so comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
Experience with coordinating work with offshore teams
Flexible to work in India time zone, as and when required. The entire dev team will be based in India and so the lead will need to work with team closely to resolve any issues/road-blocks and track progress on a daily basis.
Having an AWS certification is a plus(Associate or pro level)
