Job Description
Minimum 3+ years of experience in one of RDBMS like MS-SQL server, My SQL or Oracle
Strong hands on with SQL and SQL warehouse technology – more preferable any one of (MS SQL server or My SQL or PL SQL– TSQL programming(SQL, View, Stored procedure, trigger, Adhoc SQL and functions)
Aware of with Snowflake ANSII SQL ( SnowSQL programming, Views, UDF and UDTF and temporary table)
Good knowledge in Snowflake Isolation level(ACID), Transaction behaviour to write the query sequences to prevent blocking vs locking vs deadlock
Good knowledge on Semi-Structured data XML, Json and unstructured data with SF handling clauses and query
Responsible to provide solution like SnowSQL, Metadata and schema design to BI reporting analytics team
Being the part of deployment, review DDL / DML scripts as a SF developer contributed over
Should have the experience to write RegExpression with any scripting knowledge like JavaScript, PowerShell or Shell scripting preferred
To provide knowledge transfer to new SnowSQL developer
