5+ years’ experience in ATG Technology
5+ years’ Experience troubleshooting issues related to ATG
Knowledge about online retail site implemented completely using ATG e-commerce platform (Product Catalog, Catalog navigation, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment and Content Administration)
Knowledge of developing technical requirements and identify and estimate development tasks to meet requirements.
Must be able to identify innovative solutions to meet client requirements from a functional and performance basis upon request.
5+ years j2ee experience
In depth knowledge in documenting/analyzing requirements and design documents.
The ability to develop and test with little or no supervision.
Roles and responsibility
Interacting with customer and focus on discovering customer needs and finding out how to best meet them.
Ability to prioritize tasks, execute them by complying to processes and towards timely completion. Follow all the customer processes.
Provide timely status reporting to the customer.
Work with offshore team on day to day basis
Proactive and should be able to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and analytical skills
Client / Vendor interaction, responding to their requests in a timely and appropriate manner
