Skills:
This requires combination of PkMS background + As400 (RPGLE, CLLE) Development skill set, as it involves analysis of PkMS files and mapping and redesign the Order bridge programs. We would need a experienced resource (5-8 Years - SA or Above Level) to work independently and share PkMS knowledge with the other resources.
