RPG Production Support Lead - AS400 iSeries JDA
Experienced iSeries RPG Production support with development skills. Very strong AS-400 skills and understanding of JDA iseries batches / Job monitoring / Retail domain. Have troubleshooting skills and address any support / user issues. Interact with our Offshore teams and provide instructions, documentation and training of new procedures and processes that are instituted onsite. Resolve unknown incidents and Adhoc requests.
You will partner with Business users, developers, and QA analysts to ensure successful delivery of critical production support tasks and development projects* This is for a leading retail company noted for its technological innovation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong RPG, SQL, CL
Embedded SQL,SQL created tables, ILE, Subfile, Triggers
AS400 to AS400(s) interface
Retail, Distribution and point of sale expertise; JDA preferred
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Proficient in analysis and problem solving
