Job Description:
· Onsite coordinator/ Lead developer role for Support & Enhancement work in RPG Synon
· Requires hands-on experience in AS400 - RPG and Synon technology
· Work on Incident management, Problem management services, Perform RCA and provide Bug fix
· Identify dependencies, constraints, risks and issues
· Resolve critical and high incidents, service requests & provide regular updates
· Publish status reports and metrics for all the services
· Ensure timely delivery and quality
· Assign, track and review tasks
· Identify dependencies, constraints, risks and issues
· Escalate to SDM/SML when required
· On-call support as required
