Job: AS400 Developer

EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years’ experience with RPG programming, in development/enhancement projects, and preferably with exposure in a support role.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
RPG 3, RPG 4
Implementer Source Management Tool
Good working experience with SQL
Exposure to standard SDLC methodology
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Systems analyst / programmer on the IBM iseries, responsible for programming and maintaining RPG- format programs which interface and process data between an ERP order processing system on the iseries and Oracle-based forecasting and planning systems.
Responsible for the execution and modification of IBM iseries programs coded in RPG language which extract and compute data which is shared by an EOne ERP system and Manugistics Demand (forecasting) and Manugistics Fulfillment (planning) systems.
