Position: AS/400 RPG Programmer / Analyst - Data Transformation (System to System)
Location: Carlstadt, NJ
Duration: 6+ month
Role and Responsibilities
Develops operations solutions by the creation of program tasks and specifications; overseeing testing efforts; Interfacing with users; Documenting results. Must be able to convey the purpose and operation of all system functions. Maintenance of a proper test environment that reflects production issues.
Additional Notes
The individual taking this position should have previous experience taking data from one system or software, and then transforming that data so that it may run on a different system or software. The candidate should not only be technologically sound, but also possess the necessary business acumen required to successfully communicate with and understand user issues that are related to data transformation, the candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to examine systems to determine data format and content and then communicate a plan of action for data transformation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
The candidate should have a minimum of five years related experience. Experience in distribution and supply chain/logistics is desired; within the beverage distribution industry is preferred. A minimum of two years of college is required. A Bachelor''s degree is preferred.
