Transition:
Coordinate with client and vendor for the KT planning and execution.
Share updates and highlight KT risk with Transition Manager.
Understand the business logic for each application and use cases for Appian implementation.
Go through the code to map the business flows /logic/UI and field level validations
Understand the external system integrations in the Appian applications and the point of contacts
Understand Business logic and structure of the data exchanged between Appian and non-Appian integrated systems.
Capture knowledge and take ownership to build KT hand book for validation by other vendor.
Discuss and share knowledge with offshore
Post Transition:
Coordinate with user on the issue reported.
Ability to handle severity tickets
Coordinate with offshore to share updates/understanding on the issue after discussing with user.
Prompt acknowledgement and prioritization of tickets
SLA adherence
Daily call with offshore to sync up on the issue and the resolution.
Follow-up with user to get clarification, if required.
Sit with user to try reproduce the issue to get more clarity
Investigation, diagnosis and resolution for incidents assigned
Coordinate with L3 team
Involve in release management and keep offshore appraise on the ME release date
Attend client status meeting
Attend the SWAT call on I1/I2 high priority call
Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery from onshore and offshore.
Maintain a listing of enhancement requests 40 Hrs, solution estimations, and prioritizations
Flexible to work in the extended hours/shifts/weekends.
