Locations : Cary, NC -2 , Dallas, TX -3 , San Jose , CA -3
Resource Type : FTE only
Travel : 40-50% (Extensive Travel US Domestic)
Job Description:
Primary Skills : Appdynamics
Secondary Skills : Dynatrace
4-7 Years’ experience in administering Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, CA APM, HP APM or BMC APM solutions.
Required Skills:
· Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
· Global exposure in large environments.
· Must be open for 24x7 operations
· Very Good Knowledge on Applications Technologies and Frameworks - Java, .NET, PHP, client-servers apps, etc.
· Good knowledge on APM - Real End User Experience, Code Level Diagnostics, DB Diagnostics, Synthetic Monitoring
· Very good Troubleshooting & Analytical skills.
· Should know about Business Continuity plan
· Should have knowledge of failover/HA for vendor specific tools.
· Should have exposure in integration methods - Web services, APIs
· Hands-on expertise on Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, HP APM, CA APM, BMC APM
· Very Good Knowledge on Windows & UNIX OS.
· Working Knowledge on Network Protocols, Port Mirroring, Switch Mirroring, Network Span
· Experience in Code Profilers, Java Debuggers, Thread Dump and Memory Dump Analysis
