As Captivate Simulation Developer
Review application procedures to validate and interpret details to create step-list.
Interact with SMEs to obtain requirements and details for sim development.
Capture and develop simulations using Adobe Captivate (2017) per standards.
Modify/rescale simulations per need/standards.
Secondary Qualification:
A strong background in instructional design will help immensely to piece together various aspects that will roll-up to be part of the training.
Experience with blended training development (ILT+OLT) would be beneficial, though not essential.
