o Some experience in coding - Python preferable, other languages can work too
Familiarity with Middleware API Platforms like Zapier, Mulesoft, or other similar tools will be a plus

Specifically, s/he will:
Engage with customers to lead and guide solutions for technology integrations with the Customer’s Healthcare software platform including customer specifications, data conversion, ETL file processes, system configuration, SSO, Web API’s, and Web Services.
Lead requirements gathering and technical discussions with customers including technical specifications, business process review and impact, and solution design.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal staff and customers.
Develop SQL queries and scripts for ETL, and, sample code for APIs as needed
Act as a technical liaison to clearly facilitate and translate specifications between business and technical staff.
Generate clear diagrams, specifications, and other artifacts needed for customer integrations.
Act as a key stakeholder in client relationship and interface during the implementation period; ensure effective communication with project expectations and attend in-person meetings during project delivery.
Assist with creation of Statements of Work, work estimates, etc.
Generate timely status reports and project summaries for clients, project managers and executives.
Work with team members to define the product and design various uses of the program, advise how the product should be or will be used with specific expectations and business models of partners
Advise on API integrations with technical teams for functional aspects, enhancements, modifications, and scalability
Communicate complex technical details to technical and non-technical customers

Qualifications
7+ years’ experience as a technical consultant, or technical product manager with customer facing experience
Significant customer technical integration experience, including analysis, design, and support of integrations and/or software (direct consulting experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong ability to communicate technical specifications and troubleshooting without supervision
Passion to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems
Proficient with APIs and SQL as related to other programming languages
Experience with B2B data integrations including ETL and Web Services and API
Experience leading discussions with both business and technical staff to analyze and determine solution design, processes, and requirements
Experience working collaboratively to whiteboard solutions in front of a group
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with a broad range of technology and platforms. Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks, platforms, systems, and technologies
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
Familiarity with web-based and mobile based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for high-volume web sites

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
Bachelor''s degree (Science Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred)
Technical consultancy experience
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
