Job Description :
Role: AIX Admin
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Houston, TX
Interview: Phone + SKype
Basic/Required:
Minimum of 5 years of consecutive operating experience with the AIX operating systems, including architecture, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem solving
Working knowledge in AIX on IBM Power Hardware
Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension
Basic knowledge of network theory, design and architecture
Basic knowledge of storage technologies, design and architecture
Preferred:
Working knowledge in Red Hat Linux on HP Intel Servers and VMware
Working knowledge of Suse Linux.
Experience with the AWS and Azure cloud providers.
