Required:

4+ years of development experience with CQ 5.x - AEM 6.x

4+ years of UI development experience using JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and HTML for AEM based applications

4+ years designing and developing AEM components, templates based on functional and technical requirements

Strong experience with project scoping and documentation

Demonstrated experience with website/online development to include design and maintenance of corporate web and micro sites

Excellent understanding of cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility issues

Excellent research, analysis and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated knowledge of current coding techniques and best practices

Demonstrated knowledge of HTML(5), XHTML, CSS(3), JavaScript, JQuery and PHP, Web Content management software, editing and authoring tools and development languages

Knowledge of evolving web standards, information architecture and usability

Proven ability to create interactive media that adheres to overall user-experience goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong understanding with marketing communication principles and skills in designing and developing web pages

Working knowledge of product/marketing trends and related environmental considerations

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies of Software Development Life cycle



Desired:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/information systems, visual communications, interactive media involving design or development of computer programs/applications

Knowledge of the financial services environment and client’s functions, policies, procedures, products and services

Knowledge of federal regulations and industry standards impacting client

Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Front End Developer to join our team. This is a technical role that requires AEM Front End Developer skills and experience developing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces across multiple web channels. The team’s core objectives include developing, implementing, and maintaining our client’s Internet/Intranet applications and front end architecture for current and future information systems which support their corporate goals and objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. To ensure internet/intranet applications and front end architectures support the current and long term digital media communications networks.

Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning and interpreting system features and functionality

Creates and executes project work plans and revises to meet changing requirements and priorities through full development life cycle from client meetings to deployment

Participates with ISD Infrastructure team to test, develop and identify resources to support web applications projects

Researches and recommends expanded and/or improved system solutions by analyzing the impact of advantages and disadvantages of custom development versus purchase alternatives

Participates in analysis of pricing, risk/reward, cost advantages and resourcing to support technological improvements

Researches and evaluates new architectural and programming technologies to integrate into new/existing web/business processes

Identifies and interprets technical requirements from business requirements/objectives produced by MRID

Ensures the technical feasibility, accessibility (American Disabilities Act) and compliance of UI/UX designs



2. Builds critical, collaborative and effective relationships with vendors, stakeholders and ISD to ensure effective development, implementation/testing, change management processes, and performance reviews.

Actively participates and/or drives identification of requirements for current management of systems life cycle to ensure timely updates

Determines if current systems are adaptable to new technologies and identifies change requirements and cross functional resources required to execute technical improvements

Works with Information Security team to ensure project plans meet established security standards and ensure protect from threats and vulnerabilities

Builds trust and networks with internal technical staff and external vendors to gain consensus for new improvements, priorities and resource availability



3. Performs as systems administrator of corporate digital media systems.

Maintains, modifies and executes websites and web application’s user interfaces within an Adobe CQ5 CMS environment

Collaborates with ISD to ensure web applications development and maintenance are integrated with back end applications

Documents changes and newly developed applications, and enables accessibility and maintenance by other team members

Assists with guiding online strategy and translating business objectives into actionable plans; recommends new ways to enhance online and mobile channels

Conducts in-depth analysis using Adobe Analytics software to identify navigation paths and recommends the most profitable paths through all digital assets to technical staff and management

Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to define and measure progress toward client’s organizational goals and objectives

Develops and submits status reports and recommendations for online and mobile banking initiatives to leadership and stakeholders; makes recommendations to ensure project milestones are met and processes are developed to prevent repetitive issues



4. Performs other related duties as assigned or appropriate.
