Responsibilities:
Provide the following services for the purposes of designing, developing, and implementing the OLA solution.
Assist with the technical OLA solution design.
Provide Template and Component Development and Support.
Guide and assist as needed through the implementation of the following components using AEM:
A responsive, device-neutral OLA Solution;
Integrations and Interfaces;
Cares2 Modifications including .NET interface;
Online Application and Forms;
Automated support for OLA processes (e.g., Registration);
Business rules configuration;
Compliance with accessibility standards as defined by Section 508;
Authentication services.
Review code during solution development to find potential errors and improve the overall quality of software.
Assist with the execution of test plans and scripts.
Guide and assist the CalVCB in troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and resolving defects.
Provide input for cut over planning.
Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of OLA environment and infrastructure configurations.
Assist with the deployment of code and content to production.
Provide AEM expertise and skills support.
Develop Knowledge Transfer documentation and perform knowledge transfer to CalVCB staff.
Address questions from the CalVCB Project Manager, Chief Information Officer, and/or project team members.
Work with the CalVCB and designated representatives from other organizations as required.

Experience working with Web Services such as REST API, WCF is desirable. Experience in .NET framework and development tools is preferable.

Meet the following performance expectations:
Work closely with the Project Manager, stakeholders, executives and other members of the Development Team.
Arrive at work on time and be fully accountable for working as scheduled. Core business days are Monday through Friday (excluding State holidays Core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise authorized by the CalVCB Project Manager.
Analyze data, draw sound conclusions and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
Use tact and good judgment interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff and project team.
Keep the CalVCB Project Manager informed of status, potential risks, and issues.
May be required to work in excess of eight (8) hours in a day and/or on evenings, weekends or holidays to meet tight deadlines.
