* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Work experience with Content Management Systems preferably AEM is a plus.
* Ability to conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
* Ability to clearly define business requirements and provide walkthrough to stakeholders
* Well versed with tools and techniques for stakeholder interview, questionnaire and requirement gathering.
* Well versed with Agile methodology and end-to-end software lifecycle development process.
* Experience with JIRA, Kanban and PlanitPoker is a plus.
* Ability to do effective planning and monitoring and conduct effective daily scrum standups
* Ability to maintain Reporting to stakeholders.
* Ability to develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
LEAD DAM Project :: BSA
* Experience in leading team of developers in successful delivery of software projects.
* Experience working with digital content platforms like Adobe Assets.
* Experience of whole project lifecycle. Able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle including architecture, design, and development
* Deep understanding of development in an Agile environment
* Java and Web technology, preferably with implementation experience of AEM content management system
* Understanding of architectural concepts including performance and capacity planning, network/infrastructure planning, security architecture, and systems integration
* Able to understand business process and create workflows around digital asset management.
* Set up registering of internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system based on permissions
* Able to articulate business solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to successfully implement migration projects
* Good presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written in English
