The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) helps Mindtree deliver compelling content across experiences —
such as web, mobile, and the Internet of Things (IoT) — at the scale our clients need to build their brand
and drive engagement. As an AEM Architect, you’ll work directly with customers to solve complex
business and technology problems, lead technical requirements sessions and develop interfaces between
Adobe and other systems. This position requires a passion for engineering and excellent communication
skills. Web service implementation, SEO optimization, and an understanding of various Adobe cloud
services which can be integrated with AEM are also desirable. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of
experience with AEM, including exposure to one or more end-to-end AEM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and translate business requirements into architectural solutions that leverage the AEM platform.
Identify non-functional requirements and recommend optimal approach to address these requirements.
Design AEM solution architecture, including required components and templates, create solutions and
present them to customers.
Lead technical design sessions, manage integrations, data migration of AEM implementation and custom
development delivery.
Experience Required
10+ years of experience with AEM
Working knowledge of Adobe CQ5 (AEM) Content Management (CMS)
Experience creating OSGI bundle, CQ5 components, workflow
Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency in design patterns
Knowledge of architectural patterns
Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc
CRX and Apache Sling
Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams (Use case, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment)
Experience designing modules and components
Exposure to one or more end-to-end implementation on AEM
Performance optimization and scalability in AEM
Thorough understanding of AEM security model and SSO
Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search,
etc.
Experience migrating content from one legacy system to AEM
Integration of CMS with CRM, E-commerce or portals
Education/Certifications
AEM 6 Architect certification desirable but not required
