Role: Microsoft Azure Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Technical/Functional Skills :
Demonstrated experience & expertise on Microsoft Azure administration
Application virtualization for Azure
Deployment and administration of Azure environment.
Azure infrastructure management (VNet, Load balancers, instance management, instance size configuration, traffic management, HADR, RTO/ RPO, SLAs, etc.
Securing application and Azure resources on Azure environment.
Automation of Azure environment creation using PowerShell or any DevOps tool(s)
Automating the monitoring and maintenance activities
Automation of application deployment and CI to Azure environments
Tool (VSS, SVN) for Version maintenance
Knowledge of DevOps model and tools would be a huge +point
Knowledge of ITIL process
Knowledge of Support Model
The role will need the associate to work on support & enhancement of applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Design the solution; perform unit testing and deployment of the changes done.
The role will need to communicate with Client and get the details on the issues/bugs, interpret and track them to closure.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest permanent fix, work around if any
