Our direct client is looking for a ASP.Net or C#, Javascript developer for a Contract in Scranton, PA.
Short Description:
Client is looking for a ASP.Net or C#, Oracle developer with 8 to 10 plus years relevant experience in Web Development and Penetrations testing
Project Description:
- This project will create a web function where an employer under client coverage may pay monies due using a credit card.
- This will involve a secure login, connection to statewide logging system, specific policy information pages and a two-way connection to a third party credit card payer.
- Pages will be bannered in accordance with state directives.
- The function will interface with an existing Oracle based legacy system.
SKILLS MATRIX:
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and at least one of its two core programming languages: VB.NET and CNET - Required - 8 Years
- 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study - Highly desired - 10 Years
- Knowledge of Web design including ASP.NET v5, Javascipt (internal and .js files), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS - Required - 8 Years
- Background in development of a secure site and penetration testing - Required - 8 Years
- knowledge of Web servers - Highly desired - 3 Years
- Knowledge of PL/SQL for issuing commands to an Oracle database 11g. - Nice to have - 3 Years
- Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (binding code to TFS; changesets; checkin, checkout) - Nice to have - 1 Year
- Experience creating website with Credit Card payment facility - Required
- Experience creating a secure login, and a two-way connection to a third party credit card payer - Desired
