Our direct client is looking for an Sr SiteMinder, IM, WebSphere, Java consultant for a Long Term Contract in Harrisburg, PA.
Project Description:
Client wants a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and advanced experience with:
- Identity Manager
- SiteMinder
- Active Directory
- WebSphere development and administration
Responsibilities:
- The resource will be in support of the Identity and Access management team, part of the Enterprise Security and Compliance section reporting to the agency Information Security Officer.
- The resource will aid the Department of Labor & Industry in multiple projects that are being modernized including a web front end.
- Applications will be developed using COTS or custom code and use role base access controls.
SKILLS MATRIX:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study - Highly desired
- SiteMinder (SM) - knowledge and experience with CA Single Sign On including Policy creation, performance tuning, perl scripting, experience with SM SDK (java for active policies), and troubleshooting - Required - 5 Years
- Identity Manager (IM) - Knowledge and experience with CA Identity Manager including installation, IME creation, performance tuning - Required - 5 Years
- IBM WebSphere – Knowledge and experience with IBM WebSphere including experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of installed apps including messaging engines, JDBC connections, SSL configuration - Required - 2 Years
- AD – Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory including LDIF and PowerShell scripting - Required - 5 Years
- TEWS - Work directly with application developers to facilitate proper utilization of TEWS calls for all available web services (create user, modify user, password tasks) - Required - 5 Years
- JAVA - experience creating and modifying JAVA code for BLTH (Business logic task handler) LAH (Logical attribute handler) - Required - 5 Years
- Policy Express- experience with creation and modification of Policy Express policies - Required - 5 Years
