Job Description :
Our direct client is looking for a CA DATACOM Technical Support for a Long Term Contract in Trenton, NJ.
Position Description:
- OIT supplemental DATACOM Technical/Database support for upgrading DATACOM DBMS Version 14 to 15.1.
- Assist in implementing changes based on recommendations from the CA M3A service.
- Maintain and support DATACOM databases, providing backups, recoveries, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor space utilization for all DATACOM databases, logs, etc.
- Monitor DATACOM database fragmentation and perform reorgs when required.
- Provide logical and physical database design and implementation of physical DB structures into DATACOM DBMS.
- Provide technical and lead database support for OIT projects to facilitate successful completion of established goals.
- Daily core-hour on-site support presence and on-call availability during off hours.
