Job Description :
Our direct client has 2 openings for Pega Architect and Sr Pega Developer for a long term contract in Trenton, NJ.

Requirement only for Pega Architect position:
- The Architect will be required to collaborate with Business Analysts and to develop new systems and/or enhanced functionality utilizing the PEGA BPM platform.
- The Architect will be required to attain a complete understanding of requirements and understand key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability.
- The Architect , in many cases, write system requirements based upon the business requirements received.
- The Architect will implement a wide array of functionality from building high quality user experiences to implementing complex case management requirements.

Requirement for both Pega Positions:
- The Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) should understand key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability.
- The CSSA will implement a wide array of functionality from building high quality user experiences to implementing complex case management requirements.
- The CSSA should be able to implement challenging reporting and integration requirements.
- The CSSA should have experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large scale, business centric and process based applications.
- The CSSA should have had exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML,
Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. With specific expertise in some of the above.
- The CSSA must demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
- The CSSA should have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Skills Required for both positions:
- The Architect and Sr Developer should be experienced in the following PEGA areas:
Application Design
Case Design
Data Modeling

Security.
Pega Certified System Architecht (CSA) MUST
Pega Certified Senior System Architecht (CSSA) MUST

Skills Preferred (Not Required) for PEGA Architect positions only:
- Must have ability to communication clearly and effectively (written & oral)
- Writing and debugging programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2 - 5 years
- Experience with IBM-MQSERIES - 4 years
- Experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) - 5 years
- Experience with CA-ADS/APPC - 4 years
- Experience with CICS - 5 years
- Experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversion - 4 years
- Experience with IDMS to DB2 conversion - 4 years

Education Required:
- 4-year degree or technical equivalent (for Pega Developer)
- 4-year degree or equivalent technical study Please provide type of degree/certification, name of school attended, city, state and year of graduation. (for Pega Architect)
