Our direct client is looking for an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst for a Contract in Richmond, VA.

Role and Responsibilities:
- This is a techno-functional role for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) installation.
- Will work with customers and external partners to define requirements and implement solutions. Includes ongoing enhancement requests, defect corrections, and new development as needed.
- Provide knowledge transfer to COR IT and business staff.
- The primary purpose of this position will be to create and assist the City with building the requirements and implementing a pilot Talent Management process within the existing Oracle EBS system, to include the creation of tutorials.
- Significant experience in: Oracle EBS R12, developing EBS customizations , extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms customization, Reports, Oracle Workflow, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework.
- Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed.
- Java coding skills a plus but not required.
- Assist in Sys admin support for operations supporting R12.1.3 environment.
- Experience with Oracle ERP R12.1.3 HRMS.
- In addition to EBS HRMS experience, knowledge of Financial and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) strongly desired.
