Scrum Product Owner
Job Description –
U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Technical Product Owner with Agile experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Responsible for the creation of Features/Stories following established Agile processes. Partners with business stakeholders to identify, refine and document detailed business needs. Participates and may lead calls focused on investigating, supporting, analyzing and resolving application issues related to system functionalities. Frequently interfaces with business lines, including management and/or internal resources to ensure quality, timeliness and testing of all project/release work. Engages with technology and application development teams to design or select solutions that appropriately meet the business needs for large projects. Reviews and validates test plan approaches, may be asked to participate in execution of test plans.

Basic Qualifications-
Collaborate with technology & business resources, and often facilitate, technology planning activities including product & project planning, story mapping and sprint & release planning
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Agile activities, user story authoring, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks and success factors of applications
Working experience in/with-
IT software development environment
Information management
IT management
Desired experience in financial systems.
