7+ years of applied experience managing large scale, complex cross tech IT projects with multiple stakeholder groups
Able to initiate and deliver complex projects in a fast paced environment with minimal oversight 3+ years of experience in Financial Services required with similar years of experience in Life Insurance preferred Experience w/ SAFe framework highly preferredSkills
Strong leadership skills are mandatory for this role (extremely important in this role)
Effectively applies influence, negotiation and partnering skills (extremely important in this role)
