Job Description :
Business Analyst/Procedure Writer-possibility of perm hire 

\tResponsible for driving and leading the development, review and on-going maintenance of operational procedures, training materials, classroom material, process maps, communication, and communication plans, working with applicable business line areas and owners as well as cross functionally as necessary.
\tEnsure all materials are aligned with corporate policies.
\tProvide reporting to the Business Line on Special projects.
\tDrive approval process for all written products.

\tBasic Qualifications
\t-Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
\t-Three to five years related experience
\t- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

\tPreferred Skills/Experience

\t- Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
\t- Drive approval process for all written products
\t- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
\t- Strong process and project management skills including ability to facilitate and schedule meetings, plan agendas and update reports.
\t- The ability to develop training materials and process maps or flowcharts
using Microsoft Visio.
\t- Knowledge of financial services, banking, and the collections industry is
a strong plus.
\t- A strong team player with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with limited direct supervision.
\t- Ability to manage full workload in a fast paced environment with continually changing priorities
