MAPS is the benefit configuration manager for the UnitedHeathcare Medicare and Retirement business. Due to significant capital investment the team size will grow to 50% to reach 50 resources by Q4 2018. This position is joining the team in June to assist in defining and architecting the automation approach to enable Acceptance Test Driven Development using full automation. This role will be a hands on senior resource driving design and development of high performing ATDD automation as part of the Scrum teams. Working with an international team, this resource will also be a mentor to the more junior team members.

Scrum team contributor
Create fully automated testing to validate complex projects in a highly efficient, sustainable manner
Partner with business on UAT testing
Contribute to defining and architecting automation solutions to large, complex projects
Influence application design to ensure test automation, sustainability and maintainability are designed in to the initial solution
