Senior project with a track record successfully completing sophisticated end-user desktop migrations and upgrades including call-centers in a F500 size organization. Focus on proven PMP / deep PM skills, excellent written and verbal communications to all levels of an organization. Quick learner, self-starter and able to rapidly adjust course when needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Candidate will fill a senior project manager role as part of growing team that will be responsible for IT integration of three acquisitions. Candidate''s core work will be to manage the efforts to rollout and reimage 9000+ desktop devices across acquired entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management
- Plan, forecast, allocates resources, and conduct performance measurement and scheduling, while integrating the results into ongoing operations.
- Issue resolution and problem solving
- Project communications
- Hosting status meetings, setting agendas, and providing meeting minutes
- Process discovery and documentation

? Experience working as a contractor, preference for longer duration assignments
? Experience working with senior management, strong upward communication skills
? Experience completing large infrastructure projects that include end-user desktop deployment
? Experience working in a large (~F500) complex matrix organization with virtual teams
? Soft Skills / Fit: Able to explain project experiences clearly both at a high level and in details, high energy level, able to engage, ask questions, and be assertive

TOOLS/SKILLS
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Office Suite

MUST HAVE
- 10+ years infrastructure project management experience
- Highly organized and a self-starter
- Outstanding communication both verbal and written to all levels of management
- Willing to learn and adjust rapidly
- Independent and driven
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and dig into issues without increasing conflict
- Proven ability to meet tight timelines
- Outstanding conflict resolution/mitigation
- Experience with creating new processes
