Lead and mentor/guide software engineers within the team on best Security Practices
Identify areas of process improvements and build automated solutions to increase software Security
Collaborate with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, and propose Secure solutions
Ensure team follows best Security practices
Influence and increase the Overall Security of the team
Ensure apps are delivered using best Security Practices

What skills/attributes are a must have
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in the software engineering profession across entire SDLC
4+ years of prior hands-on experience in Java/J2EE programming developing enterprise class Application (including Web, Mobile) with multiple frameworks (Spring MVC, AngularJS, NodeJS or Groovy or Scala, etc
3+ years of prior experience as a Java/Software Architect
What skills/attributes are nice to have
Applicable Security Credentials
MDM/Data Management knowledge
Prior experience with ESB(such as Mule/IIB), integration architecture & development
Service Oriented Architecture experience
Prior experience with Open Source Frameworks and other tools including Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Log4J/Commons logging, Maven, Ant
Prior experience using Eclipse, JBOSS Studio, Rational Application Developer or other similar tools
Quick to learn new technologies and deliver Proof-of-Concept
Cloud architecture Knowledge
Good understanding of broad technologies.
