Technical/Functional Skills Must have skills*
Understanding of Budget / Forecast process from both functional and systematic perspective including process flows.
Ability to work with infrastructure team including high level understanding of system architecture and design.
Ability to set standards on how to make changes in a production environment.
Hands-on delivery/administration experience with Oracle/Hyperion Planning, HFM, HTM, including form development and maintenance and data integrity management.
Experience configuring and administrating the Financial, Workforce and Capital frameworks Hyperion Planning.
Experience in managing integration with source systems using Data Management and ODI.
Hands-on building Oracle/Hyperion Financial Reports including snapshots, graphs, books and distribution automation.
Hands-on Oracle/Hyperion Smart View for Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Skilled in development / maintenance of Essbase calculation scripting, data loading, optimization, automation and backup/restore.
Strong functional background of Budgeting and Planning processes.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
Training experience for end users.
Oracle Shared Services and Life Cycle Management experience.
Excellent documentation skills.
Good to have skills*
Must be able to exhibit professionalism and business acumen.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with multiple competing deadlines.
Excellent in consultation, presentation, verbal and written communications.
Working experience in offshore - onshore model.Ø Excellent documentation skills.
