U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Senior Automation Tester with proven automation testing and project management experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
\tLeading the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated test scripts on web and mobile applications.
\tApproves the Automation Test Plans.
\tServes as subject matter expert on complex automation scripting and tool usage.
\tPerforms needs analysis of applications and available testing tools.
\tLeads the audit, evaluation, and review of products and processes.
\tExtensive knowledge in the use of automation tools
\tLeading development of automated test scenarios for process and user acceptance testing.
\tAssists in the distribution of all Quality Assurance (QA) practices, standards methodologies and metrics.
\tPerforms test executions and writes test scripts for complex integrated systems.
\tPerforms regression testing on new software releases and reports findings.
\tProvides technical support and guidance, software installation, problem solving and troubleshooting.
\tParticipates in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and automated testing and support tools.
\tProvides status reporting to QA and management. Involves senior management to resolve complex issues in a timely manner as needed.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
\tBachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience
\tAt least 7 years’ experience with designing, planning and execution of automation testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system life cycle.
\tAt least 5 years’ experience with leading, building and managing projects.
