Position: O365 and Skype for Business Online Admin

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Type: Contract/ Fulltime



Description:




6-8 years experience handling MS exchange, skype for business online, Lync and office 365 environments

Experience in migration from on-prem exchange or Lotus Domino to Office 365.



Technical skillsets:

·     Cut & Staged over migration from Exchange 2003, Exchange2007 to Office 365

·     Cut & hybrid migration from Exchange 2010 & Exchange 2013 to Office 365.

·     Setting up Hybrid Mail flow for Exchange Online with Exchange Server

·     Outlook Connectivity to Exchange Online using Auto discover. Setting up ADFS Server for SSO.

·     Setting up SMTP Relay for office 365.

·     Experience troubleshooting mail issues on MDM solution etc.

·     Email Encryption using Office 365 Message Encryption, Rights Management System, and Exchange Hosted Encryption using FOPE.

·     Implementing Email Authentication

·     Directory Synchronization setup and troubleshooting

·     Mail flow troubleshooting such as message trace, creating Inbound and Outbound connectors (Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013), Malware detection, and Virus Filtering, Policy Filtering, Spam Filtering and Compliance management.

·     Analyze message headers.

·     Analyze NDR to diagnose message delivery failures.

·     Troubleshooting mail flow in co-existence scenarios including Cloud only mail flow through FOPE and Hybrid mail flow.

·     Creating Transport rule, Remote Domains for Message Formatting based on the Scenarios.

·     Troubleshooting on Auto discover , Exchange Active Sync, OWA, RPC over HTTP  and EWS services to make it accessible Internally and Externally.
