“About the role:

This is a high impact, high visibility role in one of our top accounts. The account has seen high 20s percentage growth and is ready for breakout performance. The client is a leader in wealth management and banking. You will be a key player in shaping innovative solutions for our client. You would be accountable for sales of new business within this client and overall client NPS
You will report to the Account leader (who reports to the president We are looking for seasoned sales leaders to join and help us in the next phase of growth. Ideal candidate has potential to move up to the account leader role.
Mphasis has strong delivery leaders who you will be working very closely with to make sure client delight is achieved.

You will lead the formation of a world-class proactive pitches and bid responses to solve business problems for the clients across traditional service lines, Applications, BPO and infrastructure (we have all 3 in the account)
This role will be based in Dallas, Denver or Austin and will require travel to other locations
Competitive Base + uncapped incentive.

Key responsibilities and accountability will you have:

Business Development: Identify and create proactive and RFP opportunities, pursuing and closing them with high win rate. Identify vulnerability in the competition and create attack plans and execute them. Role demands a good understanding of – and experience in – how to drive pipeline and close sell-and-bill etc., how to improve win-rates and basic bid management / pre-sales. S/he will need to work closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation and outside e.g. Solutions, domain, bid management etc.

Market Leadership: You will lead 2-3 LOBs for the account in the capacity of a CEO. Responsible for LOB strategy and planning and execution (thru extended delivery teams Positioning Mphasis for long-term profitable growth and position Mphasis as a thought partner and business leader within the account, both with Key stakeholders and positioning against competition. Identify, develop, build and leverage partnerships as part of an extended ecosystem with above objective.

You will have/ be:

Have experience selling outsourcing services to enterprises for more than 5 years
Banking and financial services domain knowledge is essential.
Structured framework(s) for large account management / planning, stakeholder analysis and assessment, situational analysis, competitive positioning and analysis, lead generation / opportunity creation and conversion. Good understanding of buying behaviour, stakeholder analysis, win-themes typically used in a Sales / Biz Dev context.
Conversant with respect to disruptive technologies capabilities and able to demonstrate where you have influenced shaping and selling transformation digital / solutions involving aspects of customer experience design, ways of working
