·         Should have Experience  on  HP load runner , Neoload and JMeter

·         Expertise in profiling tools/products like Dynatrace or HP Diagnostics, Expertise in monitoring tools like SiteScope or Perfmon, Expertise in analysis tools like IBM Mat or Visual VM

·         Very strong performance engineering root-cause analysis and reporting experience

·         Experience in guiding development team throughout development process to implement best practices in performance engineering process
