Role
- Architecting the solution and framework, interfaces and necessary implementations
- Engaging senior technical architects and propose and implement solutions
Primary Responsibilities:
? This position requires strong hands on technical as well good technical project delivery skills. Functional PM with low technical skills will not fit.
Product development background will be very beneficial for this role.
? Act as technical delivery and product development lead as needed
Should have hands on experience in one of the areas and must be able to perform as an individual and guide others work
? The resource will be a highly advance technical developer / tech lead with architect as well programming skills.
? Implement solutions using Java, Spring, Object Storage, Frameworks, ETL, Integration, Product Development, AI, AWS, Project Management. (The skills need to be advanced)
? Role involves consulting advanced technical teams, partnering for implementation, architecting solutions and at the same time do some product development work or guide product development developers.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor''s Degree with 10+ years of experience with Technical Lead / Architect / Lead Developer
? 10+ years in matured technology environment
? 2+ years of experience on Big Data Technology
? 1+ years of experience Development using Hadoop MapReduce, HBase, Pig, Hive
? Hands on IT development background
? 10+ years in Architecture, Design, Solutioning, Buisness Requirements
? 5+ years Java, Spring, Object Storage, Frameworks, ETL, Integration, Product Development, AI, AWS, Project Management.
? 5+ years in programming intensive environment
Knowledge/experience with project budgets and forecast
? Experience with working with remote/virtual team
Desirable Qualifications:
? Create profiling processes for IMDM(In memory data management)
? Knowledge of Fuzzy Logic
? Set back-end algorithms for Data Mining
? Engineering AWS utilizing S3, EBS, Glacier and Beanstalk
? Well aware of Machine Learning algorithms (Decision Trees, Naïve Bayes Classification, Logistic Regression & Support Vector Machines)
