Experience on supporting applications on L2/L3




Job Roles/Responsibilities




Prepare & Present the weekly status reports to the customer
Drive the internal initiatives on Automation, Transformation & Innovations
Provide technical mentoring for the team on critical issues
Attend P1/P2 issue calls, coordinate with customer and vendor to identify the issues
Communicate to the business about the tickets that are being worked upon by offshore and onsite teams.
Work with managers (CSM) to provide regular updates on all the critical tickets & Minor Enhancements that the team is working upon.
